Basic Maintenance
Maintenance Services Included:
- Priority scheduling & 24 hour emergency service
- Two visual inspections per year.
- Two filter replacements per year (Contractor supplied). Clean filters help your indoor fan run more efficiently, keeping your home comfortable and energy bills manageable. Extra filters for systems with more than one filter: $29 each (standard size. MERV rated filter cost from $129 and up)
- Ensures optimal air flow to the AC unit, helping it run cooler during hot summer months.
- Annual inspection of all furnace components to ensure proper operation.
- Test for proper operation and accurate temperature readings.
- Inspecting system controls & electrical components
- Annual battery replacement for AA or AAA for thermostats
Discounts:
- Repairs: 5% off all repairs needed.
- New Equipment: 5% off when replacing your existing air conditioner or furnace.
- Multiple Systems: 5% off maintenance pricing for each additional system at the same property.
Maintenance Schedules:
- Summer Maintenance: Begins May 1st.
- Winter Maintenance: Begins October 1st.
Standard Maintenance
Maintenance Services Included: All Basic Maintenance items plus:
- Check the thermostat calibration and settings
- Tighten electrical connections as needed
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Inspect the condensate drain and clean as needed
- Check the system controls
- Clean and adjust the blower components
- Minor cleaning of the evaporator and condenser coils
Discounts:
- Repairs: 10% off all repairs needed.
- New Equipment: 10% off when replacing your existing air conditioner or furnace.
- Multiple Systems: 10% off maintenance pricing for each additional system at the same property.
Maintenance Schedules:
- Summer Maintenance: Begins May 1st.
- Winter Maintenance: Begins October 1st.
Maintenance PLUS
Maintenance Services Included: All Basic Maintenance items plus:
- Same day scheduling & 24 hour emergency service
- Deep cleaning of the evaporator and condenser coils
- Clear condensate drains during annual HVAC maintenance to avoid water leakage.
- Checking refrigerant and pressures
- Inspect the gas pressure, burner combustion and heat exchanger
- First pound of refrigerant if needed. Additional refrigerant costs extra (pricing depends on refrigerant type).
Discounts:
- Repairs: 15% off all repairs needed.
- New Equipment: 15% off when replacing your existing air conditioner or furnace.
- Multiple Systems: 15% off maintenance pricing for each additional system at the same property.
